Prior to joining Landmark Insurance & Financial Group, Colleen was UnitedHealthcare’s Small Business Account Manager for the Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware. Her responsibilities included new business for groups with 1 to 99 eligible employees and renewals for groups with 51 – 99 eligible employees. Colleen’s experience includes Benefits Manager for Peninsula Regional Medical Center (2,500 employees) in Salisbury, Maryland and Benefits Specialist for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (1,200 employees) in Washington, D.C. 

She received her B.S in Behavioral Science from the University of Maryland, University College. In addition, Colleen obtained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and Wharton School of Business. In 2014, she became a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist. Colleen is a former Board Member for the Eastern Shore Association of Health Underwriters (ESAHU) and for the Eastern Shore Society for Human Resource Management (ESSHRM). Colleen is a licensed Life & Health agent.
