What Is the PSA Certification, and Who Is It For? - The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Maryland REALTORS® will be offering the PSA certification virtually on December 2nd & 4th 2026.

Class Dates: December 2nd and 4th, 2026 Class Times: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM This class is offered HYBRID on December 2nd and VIRTUAL on December 4th. Students must attend BOTH days to earn designation.
