Criteria:

  • Local Activity - 30 points
  • State Activity - 30 points
  • National Activity - 20 points
  • RPAC - 5 points
  • Civic Activity - 5 points
  • Business Conduct and Practices - 5 points
  • Education/Designations - 5 points

Good Neighbor Award (Applicants eligible for state award)

Criteria:

  • Philanthropic Activity - 70 points
  • Local Activity - 10 points
  • State/National Activity - 10 points
  • Business/Education/Designations - 10 points

Lifetime Achievement Award

Must have 25 years of experience as a REALTOR

Criteria:

  • Local/State/National Activity - 55 points
  • Community/Civic Activity - 15 points
  • Business Conduct and Practices - 15 points
  • Education/Designations - 15 points

Rising Star REALTOR®

Four or fewer years of experience as a REALTOR® - At least five transactions in the last year

Criteria:
