This informative course provides REALTORS  with a practical overview of two powerful mortgage products: USDA loans and renovation loans.Participants will explore USDA financing\, including eligibility requirements\, income limitations\, location qualifications\, underwriting guidelines\, appraisal requirements\, and how USDA loans compare to other financing options. The course also examines the transaction process from contract to closing and highlights opportunities to combine USDA financing with Maryland housing assistance programs.The renovation loan portion focuses on helping buyers transform properties into their ideal homes. Attendees will learn how renovation loans work\, the advantages they offer\, key differences from conventional purchase loans\, available program types\, and the steps involved from application through completion of renovations. Special emphasis is placed on preparing buyers for the renovation process and helping them identify opportunities to build equity through property improvements.By the end of this course\, real estate professionals will be better equipped to identify financing solutions that can help clients overcome affordability challenges\, expand property options\, and achieve their homeownership goals.Instructor: Rod FlowersCancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted to Coastal Association of REALTORS  in writing via email to info@coastalrealtors.org at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time.Registrants who do not attend a complimentary class and fail to provide the required advance written notice will be considered a no-show and will be invoiced for the standard tuition fee associated with the class.CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class.
