CALS - Update Class - Septic

Description

This class is open ONLY to members that have attended the CALS certification classes. This class fulfills the every two year course update.  Space is LIMITED. First come, first served. 

This is not a CE credit course. CALS Cert Holders are required to attend two update events every two years following their course completion to retain their certification.  Space is limited to 38 attendees. Please register early to guarantee your space. *If a waitlist is implemented and you fail to attend without following our cancelation policy, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.  CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-shows or day-of cancelations will be charged a $20 no show fee. 


Lunch provided PRIOR to class at 12:30pm by Todd Williams with The Gold Standard Inspection Company.
