Description

This class is being offered with the HYBRID option. Your ZOOM or ours. You can login from your location or you can come to the office. The instruction is virtual. Course # 294-0705 Contracts. All about contracts...from contract formation, breach of contract and issues particular to some types of contracts. This course is approved by MREC for 1.5 hrs of CE in category ;. CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 12 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will be issued for each class canceled. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who registered will be contacted and will receive a refund. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
