Pam Wadler has been a full time Realtor on the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware since the year 2000. Additionally, she has worked in multiple leadership positions with the local real estate association, including Past President.

As co-founder of Shamrock Realty Group (SRG), Pam led the growth and development of a successful stand-alone real estate brokerage for 22 years. She played a central role in the September 2021 agreement between SRG and ERA Martin Associates which created the Shamrock Division of ERA Martin Associates.

Pam continues to work as an active Realtor for buyers and sellers as she eases away from her career in management. Her daughter, Veronica Bishop, is continuing to work as manager with ERA Martin Associates/ Shamrock Division.

Pam has lived year-round in Ocean Pines with her husband Jeff for the past 24-plus years, but is now looking forward to working remotely from her small country home in central Florida during the coldest winter months, but is always available to assist you with all of your real estate needs.
