This course Broker Relationship and Supervision - Seller Disclosure - BRAD-SD ('K') 3 credit hours meets MD REALTORS requirement for all agents licensed after October 1, 2023. This course will count as an elective for agents without the ('K') requirement. Instructor: Veronica Bishop Member/FREE, Non-Member $35. CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
