Description

This course (#269-0705) replaces MREC Agency - Residential as of 10/1/2019, and fulfills MD required CE category "H". FREE/Members, $35/Non-members. Instructor: Maryland REALTORS CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.

This is a HYBRID class you may take it from the CAR office or at your location. Please let me know if you plan to attend in person.
