Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures – SD ("K") 3 credit hours meets MREC requirement for all agents licensed after October 1, 2023. This course will count as an elective for agents without the ("K") requirement. Instructor: Maryland REALTORS. This is only for Maryland REALTORS^® Members.

NOTE: All classes are held online. You must have a camera, the camera MUST be on, and you must be in full face view at all times. All sessions will be recorded as required by the Maryland Real Estate Commission.
