Description

Course # 290-0705 (Topic F) 1.5 hr Equip real estate agents with the knowledge and tools to effectively educate consumers on the key aspects of LLCs, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Estates when selling property, while reinforcing the value of using a REALTOR®.  Instructor: Veronica Townsend.

CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced $35 after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.

CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who paid for registration will issued a refund.
