LIVE INSTRUCTOR from MD REALTORS - Taylor Kitzmiller    - IN PERSON at the CAR office. This course (#296-0705) has been approved by MREC for 2 hrs. credit in required CE category C.  This class meets the NEW MREC Fair Housing requirements for all renewals after 10.1.2025.

CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
