Maryland Title Service invites you to join us for a seminar: Reserve Study Requirements for Condominiums and Homeowner Associations—an overview of the new legislation and how it may affect sales of units within such communities. Speakers will be James Almand, Attorney; Igor Conev with Mann Properties; Lee McCabe with PKS & Company; Jeremy Walbert with Becker Morgan Group and Roland Holland with George, Miles & Buhr.
