Participants will gain a foundational understanding of home construction, explore the major phases of new home development, and learn what inspectors evaluate during each stage. From site grading and foundations to pre-drywall inspections, final walkthroughs, and 11-month warranty inspections, this course highlights common concerns, potential defects, and key issues that agents should recognize when working with buyers of newly constructed homes.

Designed to help real estate professionals better serve clients in today’s new construction market, this course equips attendees with the knowledge needed to communicate effectively with builders, inspectors, and homeowners while identifying opportunities to reduce risk and enhance the homebuying experience.
