This course (#271-0705) meets the MD Real Estate Commissions Continuing Education requirement for category 'D'. This course also fulfills the NAR Ethics requirement. Instructor: Bob Heim

CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced $35 after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.

CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who paid for registration will issued a refund.
