The instructor will be virtual. You can participate via ZOOM at your location or come to the office - just let us know. 

This course meets the MD Real Estate Commissions Continuing Education requirement for category 'D'. This course also fulfills the NAR Ethics requirement. Instructor: MD REALTORS® FREE/Members $35/Non-members CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will be issued for each class canceled. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who registered will issued a refund. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
