Description

The instructor will be virtual. You can participate via ZOOM at your location or come to the office - just let us know. This course meets the MD Real Estate Commissions Continuing Education requirement for category D. This course also fulfills the NAR Ethics requirement. Instructor: MD REALTORS CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 12 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
