The Maryland Mortgage Program helps homebuyers in Maryland achieve their dream of homeownership through a range of programs that make purchasing and owning a home more affordable. Learn how the MMP can benefit you and your clients. 

This course #260-0705 meets the MREC requirements for 1.5 credits in the "F" category. 

If you choose the ZOOM option, participants MUST have a consistent internet connection and a camera, which is to remain on for the duration of the class. NO CAMERA, NO CREDIT. By registering for this class, you consent to being recorded. You will receive login information 24 hours before the start time of the class. By logging in, you acknowledge that you understand the above rules. 

CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced $20 after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed. CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who paid for registration will issued a refund.
