Principles of Real Estate Practice ('L') 3 credit hours. This course #280-0705 meets MREC requirement for all agents first licensed after October 1, 2023. This course can be used as elective credit for agents not needing the requirement. Instructor : Bernie Flax Members/FREE Non-Members/ $35. CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
