Real Estate Financing for the Newly Licensed ('O') 1.5 credit hours. MREC Course #279-0705 meets the requirements of ('O') for agents licensed after October 1, 2023. This course can be used an an elective for all other agents. This course includes RESPA, financing addenda to included with an offer, Financing and the Sales Contract, Fundamentals of FHA, VA, Conventional and Specialty Products. Instructors: Rod Flowers and Kaytlyn Senkbeil. Members/FREE Non-Members/ $20. CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
