Review definitions, agent obligations, and term period considerations that apply to all rentals. Recognize potential liability and available revenue options for real estate agents in the resort rental markets. Also, to explain and review the disclosures and protective measures for tenants, landlords, and agents in rental activities on a Federal, State, and Local Level.
