**MORNING SESSION**

Join Maryland Title Service for a free seminar on a very timely topic! There will be four speakers, we’ll start with a presentation from Attorney Amy Klein who is a title insurance underwriting counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as to what methods are available to reduce the risk of seller impersonation. We’ll follow with Brad Martin from Superlative Signings, which is a remote signing company. We’ll then have Bryanna Barrera from CertifID to share what services their company offers for seller and payoff wire verifications to reduce fraud risk. The last speaker with be local attorney Reena Patel who will talk about what steps to take if you become a victim of impersonation/ID theft. There will be plenty of time for questions, and snacks will be provided. There are two identical sessions, morning and afternoon, so please choose only one.
