This course is designed to give agents the knowledge to confidently guide clients through septic-related issues, disclosures, and transactions without providing legal or engineering advice. Instructors - Frances Sterling and Dennis Dicintio. Course #306-0705 Septic Systems & Real Estate Transactions - approved by MREC for 1.5 credit hours in the F category.      CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.  Limited to 8 registrants not enrolled in the CALS program.
