Description

All about the USDA loan program and what buyers and properties qualify, and all about loan products geared towards buying a fixer-upper property. This course (#307-0705) is approved by MREC for 1.5 hours of CE in category 'F'. Instructors: Kaytlyn Senkbeil and Rod Flowers FREE/Memebers $20/Non-members This class section is limited to 8 attendees not enrolled in the CALS course. CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email kim@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the non-member fee for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
