This course (#269-0705) replaces MREC Agency - Residential as of 10/1/2019, and fulfills MD required CE category 'H'. This class is online in the Zoom platform. Participants MUST have a consistent internet connection and a camera, which is to remain on for the duration of the class. NO CAMERA, NO CREDIT. By registering for this class, you consent to being recorded. You will receive login information 24 hours before the start time of the class. By logging in, you acknowledge that you understand the above rules. FREE/Members, $35/Non-members. Instructor: Maryland REALTORS CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will be issued for each class canceled. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who registered will be contacted and will receive a refund. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
