All the latest issues in MD law as it relates to Real Estate. This course (#287-0705) fulfills the requirement for Maryland category "A" Legal/Legislative update continuing education. You will be sent log-in credentials 24 hours before the class. FREE/Members $35/Non-members Instructor: Maryland REALTORS CANCELATION POLICY: Class cancelation requests must be received by CAR in writing (email info@coastalrealtors.org) at least 24 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will be issued for each class canceled. No-shows or day-of cancelations will NOT be refunded. CAR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that CAR must cancel a course, all those who registered will be contacted and will receive a refund. No-Shows for free classes will be invoiced the normal tuition for the class after the class date if the cancelation policy is not followed.
