Coastal Association of REALTORS® Announces Jay Doaty as 2026 Director on Board of Directors

BERLIN, Md. — The Coastal Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce that Jay Doaty, REALTOR® with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, Md., was installed as a Director on the Association’s 2026 Board of Directors in February 2026.

Doaty brings valuable industry experience, local market knowledge, and a strong commitment to service within the REALTOR® organization. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Doaty is actively involved with Coastal Association of REALTORS® committees and currently serves as co-chair of the Government Affairs and Advocacy Committee.

Through his committee leadership, Doaty supports the Association’s advocacy efforts focused on private property rights, housing affordability, and policies that strengthen the real estate industry throughout Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties.

Doaty is affiliated with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals, located in Ocean City, and serves buyers and sellers throughout the region. His professional background includes residential real estate, condominiums, land, and investment properties.

Doaty studied marketing at Salisbury University from 2013 to 2017. Outside of his professional and Association involvement, he enjoys boating, fishing, beach sunsets, working out at the gym, and jiu-jitsu, reflecting his active lifestyle and strong connection to the coastal community.
