Coastal Association of REALTORS® Member Lindsay Patten Graduates from Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy

BERLIN, MD — The Coastal Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce that Lindsay Patten, REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Delmarva, has graduated from the 2026 Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

The Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a statewide professional development program designed to help REALTORS® strengthen their leadership skills, expand their knowledge of the real estate industry, and prepare for future service within local, state, and national REALTOR® organizations.

Patten is an active member of the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, also known as CAR, and currently serves as a Director on the CAR Board of Directors. She also serves as the Board Liaison to CAR’s Education Committee, supporting the Association’s ongoing commitment to professional development and member education.

In addition to her Board service, Patten is involved with several CAR committees and initiatives, including the Junior Achievement Fundraising Task Force, the Advocacy Committee, and the Finance/Budget Committee. Her involvement reflects a strong commitment to member engagement, community outreach, fiscal responsibility, and the advancement of the real estate profession on the Lower Eastern Shore.

Patten is also recognized as a Certified Coastal Area Local Specialist, reflecting her knowledge of the local real estate market and her commitment to serving buyers, sellers, and the communities of Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties.
